Face with declining enrollment numbers for years, the Boy Scouts needed something to believe in.

Never an organization that would be considered "hip", they found themselves losing kids to much cooler activities. Games, sports, and clubs had their attention. What's more, our media consisted only of a single poster in elementary schools. It was designed to get the kids' attention, but as it turned out, a whole different audience also took notice.
